SHIPPING AND RETURN QUESTIONS

  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We currently ship internationally. To change regions, simply click on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website and select from the list of shipping destinations.

 

  • How long will it take to get my order?
    • All items will be shipped to buyer's in PayPal address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. 
      All items will be shipped after 7 business days upon receipt of payment. In most cases, international shipping takes around 10-15 business days with tracking number. We try our best to provide you with the most reliable, affordable way of shipping. But sometimes international delivery is highly dependent on the local customs and post service. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We take responsibility for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process. 
      Listings with shipping and handling charge: the charge covers mailing, packing, warehouse and distribution costs, not only postage. Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
    • Before final checkout you can chose your preferred shipping method which will indicate an estimated transit time. Transit times can vary based on your shipping location.
  • What is your return policy?
    • We hope you love what you ordered. All of our products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. To initiate a return, please contact us at contactbooth79@gmail.com. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • How long does the return process take?
    • Once we have received and approved your returned item, a refund will be issued in 1-3 business days. Refunds are in the form of original payment. We do not refund overnight shipping charges.

  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?
    • Creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. We’ll be adding more features to the account page in the near future.
